Meet Your Boudoir Photographer

Hey, I’m Alice.

I’m your Brisbane boudoir photographer, professional hype girl and the person who will gently call you out when you tell me you need to lose weight before you deserve to be photographed.

​

Because I know that story.

​

The one where you look at yourself and only see the things you want to change. The soft tummy. The stretch marks.

The arms. The thighs. The parts of you that have carried you through life, but somehow became the things you were taught to hide.

​

I know how easy it is to be cruel to yourself. To pick yourself apart in the mirror. To wait until you feel smaller, prettier, younger, more confident or more “ready”. And honestly, that is exactly why I do this work.

​

I’m originally from Slovenia, and I have spent over 14 years behind the camera. My background is in photography, video, broadcast TV news and storytelling, but boudoir is the work that changed everything for me. Because this is not just about taking beautiful photos. It is about helping women see themselves in a way they may not have allowed themselves to for a very long time.

​

Boudoir is not about how you look. It is about how you feel in your body.

 

It is about giving yourself permission to take up space, to be seen, to feel sensual, soft, strong and powerful without apologising for any of it.

​

My sessions are for everyday women. Women with real bodies, real stories, real nerves and real reasons for almost talking themselves out of booking. Women who have spent years putting everyone else first. Women who are healing, starting over, celebrating a milestone, reclaiming their confidence or simply needing proof that they are still in there.

You do not need to know how to pose. You do not need to own the perfect lingerie. You do not need to arrive feeling confident. You do not need to change your body before you come to me.

You just need to show up as you are.

I will guide you through everything. From what to wear, to where to put your hands, to how to breathe when the nerves kick in. My job is to create a space where you feel safe, respected and fully supported, so you can slowly let your guard down and start seeing yourself differently.

​

My style is moody, sensual and empowering, but your session will always be built around you. It can be soft and feminine, bold and edgy, playful, intimate, spicy or a little bit of everything. There is no one way to be beautiful here.

​

There is no age limit. No size requirement. No confidence test you need to pass before you walk through the door.

​

As a Brisbane boudoir photographer, I believe this experience can be deeply healing. Not because a photoshoot fixes everything, but because sometimes seeing yourself with softness, pride and love is the first time you realise how harsh you have been to yourself.
